Product Warranty
TOBOX products are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or use contrary to the product instructions.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at michael@tobox.online with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. After reviewing the claim, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
This warranty does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
